Wood Grand Living – Teak Furniture Factory Customer Support

International Order Terms & Conditions

These International Order Terms apply to customers purchasing furniture from Wood Grand Living for international delivery.

1. Payment

Payment Method: Telegraphic Transfer (T/T)
We require a 50% down payment before production begins.
You must pay the remaining balance before shipment or when we complete container loading, according to the agreed order terms.
We will release the original shipping documents after we receive the required payment.

2. Price

We quote all prices in US Dollars (USD).
We normally quote prices on an FOB Tanjung Emas Port – Semarang, Indonesia or Ex Works (EXW) basis, according to the agreed cooperation terms.
Unless otherwise stated, our quotation clearly identifies the applicable Incoterm.

3. Order

Minimum Order: 1 x 20-foot container
Customers may combine different furniture items within the minimum container requirement.
We do not require a minimum quantity for each individual item unless the quotation states otherwise.

4. Production Period

Production time depends on the order volume, product specifications, materials, and customization requirements.

Our standard estimated production schedule is:

1 x 20-foot container: up to 56 days
1 x 40-foot container: up to 78 days

Custom designs or special material requirements may require additional production time.

We start production after the agreed down payment reaches our designated bank account and we receive all necessary order details and approvals.

5. Freight

Customers may nominate their preferred freight forwarder or shipping line.

If you do not have a preferred forwarder, our team can assist in finding suitable shipping options based on the destination and shipment requirements.

Freight rates may change according to shipping schedules, destination, container availability, and market conditions.

6. Product Guarantee

We provide a replacement guarantee for products that arrive damaged, subject to supporting evidence.

Customers must provide clear photographs, videos, and other relevant evidence of the damage so our team can review the claim.

We will assess each claim and determine the appropriate replacement or other solution based on the circumstances.

7. Sample Orders

Customers are responsible for sample transportation and delivery costs.

We begin sample production after receiving full payment for the sample order.

The production time for samples may vary depending on the product design, materials, and customization requirements.
